Anyone compare Pat\'s system to other Quick hitches

Any one have experience with both, the Pat's system and other available quick hitches - Speeco, Landpride etc. etc.? How do they compare?

I don't plan on changing implements that often so I certainly don't mind getting off the tractor to do it. I just want to minimize the time it takes.

Seems it would be comparing apples to bananas. Which landpride are you talking? Some have a top hook for the 3rd point, some only have lower hooks for two of the 3 points. Members like and find advantages to all. Pat's is a sponsor.

Apples to oranges....

A regular quick hitch is quicker/ less fuss to hook up, but it is less flexable in adapting to a wide range of implements. And much more work to remove for the non-adaptable implements.

Pat's is cheaper to buy, more flexable in fitting onto many different implements.

If all your implements are 100% compatable & you have a bum knee, the quick hitch is going to be your thing - easier.

If you live in the real world with different implement setups, a post hole digger or backhoe, are reasonably fit but want things easier than the regular 3pt (which is pretty easy already...) then Pat's seems a pretty good bang for the buck - or easier.

Different tools for a different kind of need, which is your need? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
