Three weeks ago a went out and bought a 72" kk rotary tiller.Paid 1475.00 plus tax. best price I found at a tsc store. Then I drove about 75 miles away on some other business and stoppped at a ORSCHELN farm supply store and they are running a sale March 14-26 on kk tilers. The 60" for 1199.00 and the 72" for $ 1299.00. Man I paid 200.00 more for the same tiller.Oh well it sure does do the job so far! maybe some of you guys interested in a kk tiller can take advantage of this sale if one of these stores are located near you.

I hate when that happens. Anyway, it's still a good deal at 1,500 so it's not too bad!

I bought mine at the first of Jan and have not used it yet.

Paid $1350 during a sale at Atwoods just after they received the shipment from KK. Then I saw the same sale you saw and kicked myself. I looked long enough to know that anything below $1500 was a good price, though.

Man! I just looked at the sale flyer on the ORSCHELN webpage. They are showing the 60" KK for $1099.00. I sure wish I lived closer!

Man I wish I hadn't read this post!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

We have decided to make our garden much larger this year and even though I haven't bought a tiller for the tractor YET!
it really gives me just cause to spend the money, Hence my predicament is I have a neighbor who bought one years ago a just used it one time ... Though he doesn't want to sell it ,he says "use it or any other implement I have anytime you want" /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Is this guy great or what?? He has single handedly brought this equipment junkie into a mind bending quagmire of consternation /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

How can I possibly justify any future purchase when MR. Nice Guy is so willing to share all his stuff?? It is killing me...well kinda /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I guess I will just have to grin & bear it, after all if it makes him happy that his un-used equipment is getting some use , I will be happy to oblige him in the summer with some corn & watermelon ,maters etc. as small payment for implement usage ....

But the pangs of the deal I'm missing is a burden I must bear...

Anyone else have this trouble?

Gee Mark,
That sounds vaguely familiar /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Whenever I think I need a dump truck, I borrow my neighbors or better yet, let him get the load and dump it on my property /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

He somehow gets even when its cordwood time /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have found that after you buy something you sould never check the price somewhere else or you will be upset.
EVERYONE IN THE WORLD may have the same price on something but if I buy it I can always find it for less a week or two later

Man isn't that the truth! What's even worse is when you finally decide to buy that thing you've been seeing on Shop NBC and two weeks later they're offering it for $500 less than you paid. Don't ask.
