Kubota L4400
After reading many posts here and much contemplation. I bought an SE6 cutter this weekend. Very pleased so far. I looked at the KK and quite frankly was afraid I would be repair and replacing more than cutting. My kubota dealer priced me on a TW model cutter and a squeler model..both too high ($1500-$1800). The SE6 found its home at $1250. My primary use is mowing the field, with it occasionally finding its way into the brushy woods. My L4400 handles the 6' quite nicely, although I believe the 7' would just be too much for the tractor.

Anyway just my 2cents on this cutter. So many reviews and thoughts on cutters, figured I might as well add mine.

What price was quoted on the TW60? $1500? or $1800? I am considering a Kubota L3430 with the Rhino TW60 to deal with a lot of brush..in piles and virgin land.

Do you think the L3430 and the Rhino TW60 would be a good match?

12 acres, six on a 20% slope and the rest a 35% slope. I am guessing I will not be able to use the tractor on the 35% slope.

Thanks

ZKubota I have the same mower for mine and have not had a complaint yet. They seem to be built fairly well. I am with you about the 7', I think it would be a little to much for the tractor.

Anyone know when the TW series were first built I would assume I could tell from the Serial number Where can I find a Serial Number code to tell me the year built. Did Rhino build the SE6 first or is it a slightly lighter duty mower Thanks
