No. Fits very snuggly when in the down position and the design that I drew up requires critical tolerances when drilling to eliminate chattering in the up position. If drilled off, a tightening knob could be added. I looked at Long, Deere (very nice - hard to do at home), NH and Massey's for comparisons before deciding on this approach.
