Thought I'd ask for a little help on this. Im getting ready to order a landscape rake from Northern Tool for my BX24. Im looking at either the King Kutter 60-XB, or the Howse HLR60. Both 5' rakes. I know the King Kutter xb series are made for the sub compacts, but I like the added weight of the howse...or maybe the extra 25lbs the Howse weights is not an issue?
Any Thoughts?

Thanks,
dj

I use a 6 footer from Tractor Supply (King Kutter) on my BX24.

Be careful to get one that your hitch will lift. By that I don't mean weight, I mean height. The limited lift height of a sub can make a rake a challenge.

I've got that Kingkutter 60-XB rake and although it's done what I've asked of it, I would look seriously at 72" model. A 60" model won't cover the tire tracks if it's angled. LandPride make a 72" model designed for the subcompacts that looks nice.
