Tractor
Kubota 5040 with FEL
All I can say is wow! I went up today to the farm and hooked up the box blade then I put the hydraulic top link on. I ordered the top link when I ordered my tiller a couple weeks ago but today was the first time I had a chance to put it on. First impressions are very high. It allowed me to make dramatic changes to the box blade while working and made a huge difference in the performance of the box blade. I've been using tractors for 10 years and this is without a doubt THE best money I have ever spent on a tractor. I think this will be something that I will never do without ever again! So for you guys holding out on ordering one........you really owe it to yourself to give it a try!

Sounds great !

How much did that set you back if you don't mind me asking. It would be nice for my snowblower too!

I think it was $250 for the link and $35 for the hose kit with quick connectors installed. I almost didn't buy it because I didn't know if I really needed it but it is gonna make a great addition to the tractor. It allowed me to get the box blade at a steeper angle than the factory top link so that I could make it dig alot more aggressive than the factory link would allow. It took a job that was probably going to take 3 hours and made it into an hour project. Plus the ability to adjust it on the fly was very nice as well. I think I'm going to look into putting a hydraulic tilt unit on the 3pt hitch. I really had no idea of how much of a difference it would make. I was very pleasantly surprised.

You got it today, and it was operating today. Does that mean there were no hyd. to plumb, nor drilling, bolting, and cutting?

That would be good.

Pictures if you can, would be great.

How long after ordering did you have to wait for it to arrive today? What tractor is this on? (no bio filled out der, so can't tell /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif )

I'm sure I would like it too. Haven't been able to see what I would be getting into in the way of fabricating and clutter of hoses, as asked once for pics but didn't come up with any that I found.

I received it when I got my tiller from CCM last week. It didn't take but a few minutes to install the hoses. I am using the rear auxillaries so I didn't add any auxillaries.(going to wait until the first service and then I'm going to add one set of aux to the front for the grapple bucket and a second set on the back for the tilt 3pt hitch). The tractor is a Kubota 5040 4x4. Sorry but I didn't have the camera with me today but I believe CCM has some pics of them on their website.
