Hi folks I'm still working on my Hydraulic Top Link issue of current one being to short with PECS. I found a company with apparently a US presense that sells the top links made somewhere in the UK its called Bare-Co, here is their web site http://www.bare-co.com/files/hydraul2001/hy22.htm it looks like they have a good product I'm looking at the B 8113 and I've emailed them a request for pricing and info. They may not be willing to deal with me as the site indicates they deal with dealers but I can't find a dealer thats ever delt with them.

Haven't dealt with them but it's too bad the smaller top link didn't share more of it's big brothers features!

pekabu, My tractor is only cat 2 but I've found that with bushings that are easily had at TSC that you can buy the heavy stuff and be better off duty wise as I'm hard on implements in my rocky root ridden terrain.

BBTX, Agrisupply didn't carry them darn it but The Bare-Co folks have finally responded by fax they'd like almost $400 for theirs once it got to my door. Maybe I need to find a good hydraulic shop and getem to crack one open and weld Cat 2 balls eyes on it.
Thanks for the lead though cause you never know who might have a whole warehouse full of em and just no advertising.

I wanted to update this thread for those looking for a hydraulic top link cylinder. I decided to go ahead and be the Guinea Pig I've ordered the Bare-Co B8111 HTL from Draper Tractor Parts as reported Bare-Co would not deal direct had to go thru a dealer. The Cat 2 B8111 cylinder with the hoses and all the adapters plus shipping was $339.80. I'll let ya'll know how the cylinder is when it gets here supposedly next Wednesday. The ones from CCM are still a better buy but I needed the length to be longer then Mark's are, his extended are 32.5" and the Bare-Co goes to 35". I'll respond back to the thread after the cylinder comes in and I get it mounted up and a trial run with it, hopefully this is money well spent and not a ripoff.

Steven,
Was the dealer close by? I ask because I wonder how Bareco handles it if there is no dealer anywhere close.

Jerry, not even close. Bare-Co is in Sacramento, California but Draper Tractor parts is even farther their in Spokane, Washington. Draper must be a bit small time although they were very friendly, I went out a while ago to see some customers and when I got back I had a message to call Draper Tractor, UHOH I figured they were going to tell me sorry you won't receive your stuff or something equally irritating but nope. Some of the fittings that I need are only sold in pkgs of 5 by their distributors so rather then slowing down my order by having it shipped to them and then to me they asked if it was OK to have all of it shipped to me and then send me a UPS label to ship the unwanted stuff on to them in Spokane. They seem like a good bunch but I've never heard of a dealer doing that before.
