Step 0 get lucky & semi shows up with lift gate - still a chore to get it off as the crate interfered with his pallet jack. I had to lift up one end with the tractor as he lowered the other on the gate.

Step 1 - attach axles using 8" pins
Step 2 - attach wheels (cotter pins)
Step 3 - bolt on tounge

Step 4 - flip it over and pin on deck
Step 5 - add floor
Step 6 - bolt on front & back
Step 7 - Slip in wood sides & sheet metal front & back panels

grease axles & attach to tractor.

My cylinder & hoses are still in transit - Surpluss center didn't ship them out for 48 hours:( If I had them on hand, I would have installed prior to the floor.

The whole job took less than an hour & only required a screwdriver, pliers & 2 adjustable wrenches. I suspect that it is simpler than the wagon model. I did add a couple washers here and there for the pivots.

Not really, about 2 hours for me. Would have went faster if I had another person to help with some steps.

I'm thinking about getting one,will it fit in the bed of a p/u ? I have to pick it
up at the shippers because delivery trucks have alot of trobae with the road and my driveway

I believe so, if you have an 8 ft bed. You might have to angle it in width wise.

I picked mine up at the freight terminal with an F150 short bed with no problems.
