You should take a look at this one. It's from Andy Tatro. He has many satisfied customers on TBN including me, PineRidge and others. He is also willing to work with you to get the dimensions right for your tractor. Do a search here for "Tatro" and see for yourself.

I have also been looking at the $250 grapple on ebay. I haven't bought it because I'm trying to figure out how to plumb it.

If you already have a rear remote consider using it to "plumb" the grapple. I use it and like it just fine. Reaching for the valve becomes as easy as reaching for the shifter in a car, you do it subconsciously after a few hours. If you don't like using the separate control lever to open/close the grapple you can always retrofit a diverter valve or solonoid switch. Cost of plumbing with the rear remote (assuming you have one) is just the cost of tubing and fittings.

Your Yanmar most likely doesn't have rear remotes so that leaves you with only 2 choices, a diverter off the curl circuit or a third function aux valve off the loader's power beyond (if it has PB). The diverter would be my choice.

I don't have rear remotes. It would have to be done with a diverter.

I have a power beyond connection on the back of my BX24. Could I plumb a valve off of there to run the grapple?

I don't believe you can use a power beyond hookup as there is no convenient valve to operate the grapple. I am not certain but I believe a power beyond set up is always "on" and requires that the implement (usually a backhoe) has controller valves built in. I suppose you could tap into the power beyond and then insert a valve but you'd be better off to just add a diverter to the FEL circuit.
