I was wondering if there was an online site where i could order there electric valve for my grapple. I have a local source that is suppose to sell wr long but i would rather not deal with them. I know wr long has a website but they say you can only get it from a dealer and not directly from them.

According to Nelson Long, who is an infrequent poster here, WR Long sells only thru their dealers. Now if one of thier dealers advertises on the internet then I suppose you could use them. I used my local JD dealer who is also a WR Long dealer to get my third function valve. They had no problem ordering the valve with the Kubota mounting plate. WR Long does have a dealer locator on their website.

BTW, you should update you profile so that we can see where you are from. You will get better answers to your questions that way, especially for ones where location means something.

Ok i got my profile updated, i guess i will have to go to the dealer here in my area the reason i didnt want to go there is because they tried to rip me off when i was looking for tractors. Did the kit come with the hoses to reach the front bucket? thanks for the help

Yes, all hoses are included. However, I replaced mine with hoses that terminated at a bulkhead fitting near the bucket then I used shorter hoses to go to the grapple. This way it is easier to remove the grapple and cylinder when not in use.

I bought mine from Carver after some good advice from TBN posters like Mad. I am in Michigan and Carver is in NC.

The Long valve kit works great, I am glad that I got it.

It was $520 delivered for a Kubota B-series.

I just got off the phone with tim at carver equipment and got my wr long valve kit ordered. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Thanks again gator i paid 539.00 shipped to me.
