You can use the coupon for "special order to store". You just have to pay in advance. Every once in a while the mail order website has them on sale and occasionally the stores seem to have a hundred bucks or so off

The Harbor Freight 30 Ton Splitter with lift is currently on sale for $1299 and I have a 20% coupon. Anyone have one?

where do you guys get these discount coupons? I get a couple of their catalogs a week but have never received a discount coupon.

I was signed up to get email coupons, but they quit sending them to me. Lately I've been getting them from here:

It is a mystery how they determine who gets coupons. I get them at 3 email addresses, or rather used to. Sometimes they all 3 get one, sometimes just 1 and other times guys on the forum get them and I get none anywhere...

Does XXX ever go "on sale" at HF?

Just about everything HF sells rotates through a price reduction sale. I try to wait till what ever item I want is on special and usually don't have to wait too terribly long.

The really nice thing is the %off coupons are even good on sale items. I've gotten some great deals if a sale on something I want coincides with a %off coupon
