I have posted a number of times about diverters, spools etc. and just didn't get what was being explained. My erroneous reasoning said that you disconnect from the curling function and went to the spool from there. Wrong... What I understand now is that you have to hook the spool to incoming and then to the curl and hydraulic top link from there. I also want to put on a grapple so I believe a 2 spool valve like noted below should work. SO, the basic needs for my hook up is a hydraulic top link, a grapple and 2 spool hydraulic valve plus hoses. Have I got it right?

2 MORE QUESTIONS:
If a 1 spool will operate 2 functions (curl & hydraulic top link), will a 2 spool handle the grapple and 1 more function?

MY Kubota 7510 is 4.4GPM. Will that work on a 5GPM like noted below?

Well, lets get terminology straight first. A hydraulic valve block contains 1 or more spools. The spools are like functions, they connect to cylinders. So a 2 spool valve block will have a pressure inlet port, an output port (power beyond) and a return to tank port. Each spool of that valve block will have 2 work ports that connect to the cylinders. So, that's 7 hose connections total.

To add the hydraulic valve block to your tractor is has to be in series with the loader valve. That means the power beyond outlet of the loader valve connects to the inlet of your valve block and the power beyond of your valve block connects to where ever the power beyond of the loader went. The tank ports can be tied together.

It depends. One spool per function, unless you have a diverter. The diverter electrically switches a spools work ports from one set of cylinders to another set. Both sets of cylinders cannot operate simultaneously.

Yes, it will work just fine, but you will need the power beyond sleeve to make it work right. This valve will give you 2 functions. It will allow you to use a hydraulic top link and something else, like a grapple or a side link.

Contact poster 8561. He and others have the exact same setup on their B2410's which are similar to your B7510. The only difference being the aux hydraulic outlet for connections. You have to connect to the loader they don't.

I have the 3 spool Eaton Cessna on mine and have been very happy with it. Let me know if I can help you with anything on it.

Hey 8561, that's a nice custom mount you have there on the ROPS for that valve. Even from the scrap bin I don't think I could have designed one better myself.:D :D :D

It's all in the engineering...;)...Actually, after having lived with it for quite a while, it really is perfectly positioned for my needs. When turned in the seat looking back at what I'm doing, with my arm laid on top of the seat, my hand falls perfectly on the handles. :D
