First, my apologies for repeating this post from another discussion on the NH board, but I am hoping someone has an answer. I am looking for a grapple that welds directly onto the front bucket.

I have an Add-A-Grapple on my stock 72" bucket, but am planning to get another smaller bucket and want to keep weight down by welding directly onto the bucket. The Add-A-Grapple has extra weight I don't want.

I know they exist because I found at least one in a previous internet search. It's just that now I can't replicate my past

Thanks,
KEG

Do a search for Andy Tatro and grapple. Andy makes a quality product at a good price.

I have one welded onto my Kubota 5030 bucket, and it works well.

I have a grapple from Horst Welding that the dealer attached directly to a HD 72" bucket. However, it is pretty heavy... don't know if Horst's products would work for you.

Just ordered the 36 inch tumb from the Green machineshop. It will ship next week and plan to reinforce the bucket with a plate and then bolt it on. Further plans call for being able to also attach it to the pallet forks to be able to use them for logs and poles. Will take some pics after it gets mounted.

I have a root rake for the front of the tractor now and thought about ordering one and modify it to work on the root rake.

I have thought about ordering "The Thumb" from Green's Machine Shop. If I were going to do a bolt-on/weld-on grapple that's definitely what I would do. I just haven't decided yet if I am going to get an attachable grapple like that or get a stand-alone grapple like Millonzi.

M7040- The 36" grapple seems kinda big, even for your tractor. Unless you put it up on a raised mount it seems like you would have an "overbite".
