I bet someone has gone down the road I'm am pondering...getting ready to purchase a B7800hst w/ a 402 (I think) FEL. Going to purchase the ATI Quick Attach system and then modify the stock bucket w/ a QA plate. The reason for all of this is to mount a snowplow. The big question is how can I operate the plow cylinders (the bucket will be off)? I had considered mounting an additional hydraulic valve next within reach and an additional set of hydraulic lines down the arm of the FEL w/ connections at the end.
I just got done reading a post regarding 3posn and 4posn loader valves. It seems as if we can order a 3 or 4 posn valve w/ the new B series tractor (is that true?). Will the 4 posn valve enable us to control the plow cylinders-if so, how? Does the hydraulics to the dump function get bypassed or disconnected? I'm imagining the plow angle turning as the angle of the QA plate turns too-that can't be right???
Thanks for the feedback guys-I've already picked up a great deal of info from reading the last few days!
