Sitrex finish mower and other implements

Does anyone own 72 inch rear discharge made by Sitrex. I have never heard of Sitrex until today. I was wondering how good their products are? One of our local dealers carry the Sitrex lines along with Rhino and New Holland. I purchased a NH TC30 last fall from this dealer and gave me a good deal, good service and would to do business with him again provided the Sitrex line is a quality product.

Never heard of them. I did go search after I saw your post and they look pretty.

If your dearler has one, take a hard look at it and compare the construction to some of the other higher end brands. Look at metal guage, welds, maybe even have the dealer take the cover off to see the spindles.

We use their 3 point pto spreaders, very pleased with the product.

I have the 60 inch Sitrex RFM. I traded my 62D belly mower and independent lift even for the mower. Fits my I match if you flip the top bracket over. Cut quality is excellent. Better than my belly mower with even spread of clippings, no clumps. Build quality is equal or better than JD or Woods RFM and parts easy to find (and often cheap on E-Bay).

Guys I appreciate the information about the quality of Sitrex implements. I just was not familiar with the name and did not want to purchase an inferior product. Thanks again.

quality is a good point to look but i would also consider parts support will you be to get parts for it in say 5 to 10 years. does it look like it could take parts from another brand if yon can't get parts from Sitrex just some things to consider

sitrex products are italian made, and very good quality. i have one of their tedders for haying which i got used never had any problems for the 2 yrs i've owned it and parts are found easily as sitrex is carried by one of the major distributers in my area.
