I have the WR Long RBG grapple. I have 440 lbs. of wheel weights on the back but I figured out real quick that I needed more weight on the back end. The bush hog was too unwieldy back there and was still not enough weight. I needed a good heavy box blade anyway so I started shopping for the heaviest one I could find. I ended up with one from A & B Eagle Line in TN. It wasn't listed on their website and they actually built it to order. It weighs 965 lbs and is about the perfect amount of weight.
I like it because I actually have a tool on the back I can do something with. If you just use a ballast box or a drum filled with concrete there isn't much added benefit to having it back there.
