I keep finding these things all over my place, usually when digging or ripping with the box blade. Most of what I find is smaller peices, the three below are the largest ones I've found and appear to be whole.

I'm assuming that they are old plow parts. But, I don't know exactly what they are or how old they are. I'd be interested if anyone could tell me more about them as in how they were configured, were they from a tractor plow or horsedrawn? Thanks.

I have an old John Deere 472 horse drawn plow that has similiar parts. I am also finding old parts like that one the farm and I know dad never owned a plow until his later years.

What does that mean? (I know nothing about plowing/cultivating).
