OK, I want to clear one thing up right off the bat. I grew up in the city...Huntington Beach, CA to be exact and lived in a 2bdrm apt with my single Mother and 2 brothers, no yard. I moved to the East Coast, made a bunch of money and told myself that I would buy 5 acres of land and a tractor, build a big house and be happy.
I've pretty much done all of that...house, 5 acres, tractor and am somewhat happy...except for the tractor. I bought a Kubota BX2200 with a snowplow attachment, 60" mowing deck, and a Woods PTO chipper. I know what you are thinking...what a dummy. Why would a knucklehead city kid go out and buy a bunch of stuff he has no experience using. The dealer looked at me pretty much the same way, like I had two heads. I tried to act like I knew what I was doing, but I'm sure they chuckled pretty hard when I left the place.
Anyway, last year, I took the backhoe off of my tractor to put the arm thingys on (PTO I guess) so that I could attach my chipper. BTW, taking that chipper on and off to mow the lawn really sucks. I am definitely going to investigate that Pat's doohickie thing. Now, I want to put my backhoe back on to my tractor so I can move it into the new garage. So, I took the chipper off and the arm things, but sat scratching my head for two hours trying to figure out how to re-attach the backhoe. There were some instructions on the side of the backhoe, but it might as well be in Chinese. I can't find my owner's manual. So, I looked on the internet trying to find better instructions and hopefully, some pictures on how to put it back on. I googled and yahoo'd all day and could find nothing. Here's the question...Anyone know where I could get good detailed instructions on how to re-install the backhoe? Pictures would be a major plus. I am too embarrassed to call the dealer and have them come out to do it.
Thanks...
