Can anyone tell me about BigBee bushhogs. Dealer I bought my B7800 sells them, says he has for years. I'm cutting about 6-8 acres of grass, kind of rough ground.

I have a Big Bee Finish Mower and I really like it.
I also have a 2-16 plow that I think is mostly a Big Bee.
The plow looks like it has been modified some, but it works and was cheap.

My finish mower seems over built. Don't know about their brush hogs.

Sweet Tractors also handles Big Bee stuff.
The guy from there posts here on the forums.
He would be the person to ask.

I owned a Big Bee 5' rotary mower for several years and had no problems with it. I pulled it with a Ford 800 and found the cutter to be very satisfactory.

Does anyone know if this company has a website? Also, what is the heaviest duty 6 ft cutter they make? I've searched on the Internet and can't seem to find a website for them.

Thanks.

I tried to find a web site also, no luck. Thanks for the comments so far. Still checking them out though but will probably go with it. I bought tractor my used B7800 and box blade from this dealer. Happy so far.

Thanks for the info PB. Someone always has the answer. :)

I went to the website and get this error with every link:

Uh, yeah, I should have mentioned that.
I get the same error on all the links.

But at least it gives you some info about the company.
And like I said, Sweet Tractors deals with them.
He got me a main pulley for my finish mower.
I thought that would be impossible to find.
One email and one phone call and I got my pulley.

And I think my finish mower is a high quality mower.
Heavy duty steel, lots of grease zerks, easy to work on.
And it had been just about beat to death when I got it.
But it just keeps on going. It will probably outlast me.

Took delivery of my Big Bee Agri5 brush hog yesterday and went right to work cutting pasture grass. It is manufactured by Metal Manufacturing in Trenton, MS. This is my first use of a brush hog so have no prior experience but have to say I am very pleased. Pulling it with my B7800 Kubota, cut through about 8-10" high grass with mixed weeds with no problem. I then tried it in yard part of property where grass was about 4-6" high and I have to say it cut as clean and smooth as my $3000 Cub Cadet garden mower. This is not a super heavy duty cutter but it is well built and should last a long time cutting grass. I highly recommend it if it is available in your areas.

I have had one of their 48" brush hogs for a couple years now and have been very happy with it.
