Does anyone sell a CAT 1 hydraulic top link for a compact JD tractor that has a small valve and handle attached to the top link itself? I want an open center type so that it can be hooked into my JD Power Beyond ports. I do not want to install extra divertors or another valve station. I would run short hoses to the quick connects at the back of the tractor and it would become part of the tractor hydraulic system with fluid running through it all the time.
What I need is essentially a tiny version of what many log splitters look like. A single OR double ended cylinder with a tiny valve and handle welded to it. I want to reach around behind me and push the valve lever to adjust the top link length. I don't mind swinging around in my seat since I will need to see the implement to decide how much to adjust it anyway. The handle would be closer to me than the levers on the i-match, so I know the reach will not be an issue.
I looked at the various CCM and TNT posts, but did not see a CAT1 open center version with attached valve.
If I can't find what I want, is it safe to weld to a small hydraulic cylinder that is only 1.5"-2" in diameter?? If so, what valve should I weld to it. Please recommend brand and model number.
