Wile i suggest only super udt oil in the tranny, it is possible to use a thicker oil with some simple servo adjustments. Udt is very thin oil as the rtv was set up for.
With the adjustments and thicker oil id be willing to bet it would make quit a differance in peformance power to ground wise of you had the hp.. I came across this wile reading through a book that talks about there design and operation
Just a thought.

Just to follow up with everyone. I put the new plates and gaskets in and started it up....It was very weak.. Same thing but a little better this time around. I thought to my self I'm going to burn this thing and wash my hands of it. After about 20 seconds of messing with it I decided it had to be some sort of a restriction between the fluid reserver and pumps.

I took the rear suction filter off and cut it open...OMG!!! What did I find???????? The OEM kubota fiber paper filter was not correctly crimped inside. It was trying to suck it's own filter through it's self witch would allow very little fluid through it. Went and bought a new filter put it on, I fired it up and put it In gear and stomped it in med gear as i have been and the sucker took off like a rocket across my garage and crashed into my wall before I could get to the brakes. Thank god it has a big brush guard.. It missed my wifes new Honda accord by inches.... Lol

I'm now sure that the bad filter ruined the old pump plate... It was starving it for oil and it got hot.. The rear filter was never changed I'm sure because it has a big aftermarket bumper that makes it impossible to change it with out removing it first.

I'm so happy it's working correctly now.. Who ever said that these are weak has a problem with there unit because this will spin all four tires in med on pavement ( i ran in to garage wall) It will do donuts in 2wd in high range no problem.. Goes about 26 mph in high witch is more than fast in these things.
I'm very very pleased with this thing... I cannot wait till tomorrow so I can play, I mean work with it all day.

The moral of this story is if your unit is not acting like it should you need to check it out and fix it because sometimes it ruins more and more stuff the longer you wait.

I want to give a big thanks to all who helped me out with this issue and I hope that this will help out others having this issue..

Mike.

Lol.... Yes., I to am glad it's over..
Luckily it hit a main beam that holds the roof up.. It's like 10"x12" board... Gonna take more than a 2000 lb rtv going into it (think god) If anyone has any questions I'll be more than happy to help as I feel I know these inside and out now.

How bad was that to dig into?...Just curious. Is it fairly intuitive or do you need a degree in physics to work on it?

I got into all the motors and pumps..
About as deep as you can go without splitting case. It's very simple just got to be very carefull you dont loose tiny springs and pins, got to make sure stuff is clean clean clean.. Pre lubes must be used for dry startups on new parts and keep some really thick grease and put it in the snow or freezer for a wile to make it thicker and use it to keep the tiny parts like springs in place wile you get covers back on.. If that stuff don't put back no need to worry because nothing will work and you get to try again...

But no other than what I've said it's very simple, I'm 24 but I've been working on stuff for a long time it seems, lol.

Congratulations! Looks like the old words of wisdom to always change all filters and fluids on a new to you used vehicle when you get it still apply.
When I come to Martinsville or actually Paragon to pick up my neice and nephew should I bring my 16' trailer and $3000 and stop by Bloomington?
