Re: Utility vehicle for the mountains
We have both a 2006 Polaris Ranger 500 EFI and a 2012 Polaris Ranger 800 LE Crew out at our mountain property here in New Mexico. Neither one has any problem going up and down the steepest terrain whether loaded or not. The suspension and ground clearance are superb even in stock form.

Re: Utility vehicle for the mountains
We have a Kioti Mechron, 1000cc diesel. Not a fast machine 25 mph but hauls anything. Works well and will climb a tree if you ask it to.
