Dealer input on wheel issue on RTV X series

Hi to all the dealers out there and just want to see if we can get some dealer input on the issues with the wheels on the RTV X series.

And if kubota has gotten back to anyone with a possible fix or solution to this issue.

I really want to buy one of these units but after seeing and making the video myself this is a wait before you buy one of the new model situation.

Any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

I would buy another one myself if the problem gets fixed. Its a nice machine.

Here is the official response from kubota from another site. All I can say is wow!! How can this be engineered this way and what good would it be to do this. What so the wheels fall off unreal!!

First off I can't say enough good things about my Kubota dealer in Shreveport, LA. They are top notch and contacted Kubota Service about my 1100's issue. The "Official" response from Kubota was:

#1... That my issue is the first they have heard about.

#2... That "Play" was engineered into the rear end.

#3... Don't worry about it, drive it, because it's under warranty anyway.


Well Kubota, please don't pee down my leg and tell me it's raining. I have an extensive background in "quad" suspension. Due to my time sponsored by MOOSE Racing with the very best suspension companies (Elka & Houser A-Arms) while en route to winning four consecutive ATV Cross Country Championships I picked up a little knowledge along the way.

Never once was I told that we needed to "engineer" slack into my race quads!
When you're snaking your way through tight trees or hitting a 40' double jump, the last thing you want is "Play" anywhere!

I'm not sure what to do next, short of all of us writing Kubota?

I just had to vent a little....

perhaps a standard, as delivered machine is not for you.... being accustomed to the modified and "built" competiton machines.

I have always looked at any new machine of any type as just a preassembled kit of parts that are somewhat related. All require refinement.

The "defect" that you perceive may be only a manufacturing expedient.
