Any idea why there is about $2000 difference in price between the 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 XP versus 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 full-size? What makes the 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 XP worth/cost that much more? Thanks

Look at the specs. I suspect there might be load capacity differences; or, at least, cargo box/bed dimension size differences. For sure, however, there's the difference in cab space.

I'd looked at both. Ended up getting an older demo Polaris Brutus. Sometimes I question whether I made the right decision, but the Brutus gets put to work (can carry 1,000 lbs and tow 2,000 lbs).

These things are all stupid expensive.

Do research on cab stuff if you're thinking of putting on any cab components. I've got a top, windshield and rear window on mine: doors were like $1,600 or some such stupid price. Oh, a wiper setup is close to $500! Just paid $50 for a horn: wife wanted it!:)

I looked at those, drove the 570 and purchased a XP900 EPS. Polaris has the mid-size (500/570) and full-size (570/900 and now 1000). Differences are physical sizes, capacities and horsepower.

And yes they are stupid expensive, especially compared to automobiles and what one gets with them. That said, I wanted one so had to pay the price. I have the steel top, glass front and rear windows, 4500# winch and LED light bar on the roof.

If you are content with the slower Polaris utility machines (less than XP900/1000) I would seriously consider Kawasaki Mules which have a three year warranty and a lot more metal on them than the Polaris. Had I not also wanted really quick acceleration, besides the utility function, I would have purchased the Mule Pro-FX EPS. Stronger build I believe for similar dollars.

I bought a Mule Pro-FX EPS
Got a end of year savings of $2000.00 compared to the 2017
Put a snow blade on with a in-closer , now were is the Big Snow
The Mule is so much smother than the Polaris.

Lots more features on a larger machine with the XP.

I was all set to buy the midsize, but at 6'5" tall, it was like fitting in a clown car.
