yea I have a large ara. I had er out this morning in the 8 degree F cold and the spreader worked like a charm. VERY nice unit. The heat worked fine in this cold too. The temp gauge went to 1/4 and stayed there..

That is one sweet sanding unit. Do you have a remote up front that is not wired to the rtv electrics?

yes I do. One cab switch to start the 3.75 hp B&S engine and another to start the conveyer to move the salt out to the back of the hopper and onto the slinger that is turned by the B&S emgine.. It works just like a big pickup mounted salt spreader.. only smaller..

First plow my gravel camp roads with a Honda Foreman, to freeze them down. Use a larger piece of equipment when the snow gets too deep for the Honda. If I start with the larger equipment, end up pushing too much of the gravel off.
Attaching 3 pictures of the Foreman at work.

I have been giving the RTV some serious consideration. How does the snow plow raise and lower, is it connected to the hyd. for the dump bed or by hand?
