1.There are 2 fuses for power supply to the ACS controller, the 25 amp ACS fuse & 10A Attachment fuse. The 25A ACS fuse protects wires #1180 & #1190 connected to the controller, the 10A connect to wire #1740. Make sure you have battery voltage at all 3 wires with key "on".
2.Check continuity of all ground wires (black wires).
3. Wire #1500 is the 5v supply coming out of controller going to all sensors. Unplug this connection and check continuity to ground & continuity to 12v supply. (If you have contiunity at either, replace harness).
4. With #1500 wire plugged back in, check voltage. (Should be 4.75 - 5.25v). If low or high voltage unplug each sensor 1 at a time until correct voltage is reached. The sensor unplugged when voltage returned is the bad component. There are 6 sensors: 2 handle, 2 foot, & 2 actuators at control valve.
5. If still have low or high voltage at #1500 with all sensors unplugged, the controller needs replacing.
