T190 Code 32-65 foot and hand controls won't unlock

the foot and hand controls stay locked but the machine moves forward and backwards ok beeps 3 times and code 32-65 flashes

32-65 is Sensor Supply voltage out of range. Sensor supply is 5v system, could be too high or too low, even unplugged or blown fuse.

i have checked the fuse and its good, i have checked the plugs and sockets and they look ok any other ideas?

1.There are 2 fuses for power supply to the ACS controller, the 25 amp ACS fuse & 10A Attachment fuse. The 25A ACS fuse protects wires #1180 & #1190 connected to the controller, the 10A connect to wire #1740. Make sure you have battery voltage at all 3 wires with key "on".
2.Check continuity of all ground wires (black wires).
3. Wire #1500 is the 5v supply coming out of controller going to all sensors. Unplug this connection and check continuity to ground & continuity to 12v supply. (If you have contiunity at either, replace harness).
4. With #1500 wire plugged back in, check voltage. (Should be 4.75 - 5.25v). If low or high voltage unplug each sensor 1 at a time until correct voltage is reached. The sensor unplugged when voltage returned is the bad component. There are 6 sensors: 2 handle, 2 foot, & 2 actuators at control valve.
5. If still have low or high voltage at #1500 with all sensors unplugged, the controller needs replacing.

I know the fuse box in front of the seat has one of the fuses. Where is the other one located?

They are all in the fuse box. Fuse #10 is the 10amp attachemnt and fuse #12 is the 25 amp ACS.

The #1500 is orange and can be found on the right side of the unit(T250). There are lots of comments on the web about the wire number but is hard to find the location. Hope this helps for the future.
