Finally took delivery of my new bobcat t870 with 2 speed bobcat head... Have been running it for about 3 days now.. I love it!! Makes my cat old cat 287c seem like a pile of junk.. It cuts larger material much easier than the cat, cab sealing and a/c is amazing, it can run all day with no hydro or water temp problems and its been a little over 90 degrees, doesnt ride as great as the cat but the roller suspension is nice and knowing that i will not be rebuilding torsion axles is nice. Over all in my opinion i think its going to be a great machine.. Looking forward for some chipper teeth for the bobcat head though

I have a T770 on the way. 60" forestry head, A91 cab, roller suspension & joystick controls.

Nice. I have a T770. and they are a powerful machine, /what option package did you get ?
Mine is a 071 missing some of the higher end goodies but i still like the power.

I have the A91.. I was going to go with 71 but im glad i didnt the computer display and all the funtions it has are really useful

I was afraid you would say that. My Deere machines(319D and 333D)seem to have more hydralic power than my T770 but the Bobcat easier on my body to operate due the suspension. Both the Deere and the Bobcat are very nice CTL's......Good luck with yours.

This thread is a year and half old so maybe the guys that are running a 770 and an 870 could give some feedback... I am in the process of deciding between the 2 and would love to hear what you have to say. Issues, maintenance, power, like or dislike? I would love the 770 for the size but is it enough? Thanks

I'm curious about how well the plastic parts are holding up. It looks like a lot of what was steel is now plastic. Any problems?
