    There is a removable lockout pin in the linkage somewhere close to the control valve. With the cab up, on the left side facing machine is the control valve. the top spool linkage is the front auxiliary, trace that back to its control you should find the lock pin. Some liek to put the lock pin back in when not using the front auxiliary so they don't accidentally lock the the aux. in detent which causes all kinds of problems.
