Working on a Bobcat B250. Has decent forward drive and no reverse. All other hydraulic functions work backhoe and bucket. Definitely a strange issue I haven't seen before. Anyone with a similar problem with advice would be appreciated!

willtow101 the best you could hope for is a stripped linkage pin/spline/ etc. Hope it is not on the inside. Keep us posted.
When you step on the travel pedal to go forward the pedal sends pilot oil pressure to activate the forward drive switch and this switch sifts the nuetral/drive soleniod to send the pilot pressure to the forward control side of the pump swash plate. Same thing happens in reverse except the reverse switch also activates the backup alarm and shifts the neutral/drive solenoid the opposite direction. If the backup alarm is not working, check for voltage at backup alarm with pedal in reverse. If there is no voltage the reverse switch is likely the problem. If back up alarm works the N/D solenoid could be stuck or the high pressure releif for reverse in the pump could be stuck open.
Thank you guys, will look into it alittle more
Worked on machine over weekend. Determined the electrical system is good, transmission is good, hydraulic drive motor works in both directions when hoses are reversed, the pilot lines off the foot pedal have equal pressure, and the servo that the pilot lines control isn't frozen and works both directions. Still NO reverse
