Well, we are back in action, tilt sensor faulty, it would read one thing then if you wiggle it would read something else, so now and then it would read the correct figures and work somewhere near ok, anyway that's that sago over (THANKFULLY), l now have a better understanding how it works and be able to check if happens again, BIG THANK YOU to Jabonee and SSdoxie, much appreciated, owe you boys a beer or 2. :dance1:

Yeh all done:thumbsup:, forgot to say, when l was replacing the RH inner plates l spotted a harness running towards the foot well, so give a light pull and out it came with the end plug covered in damp soil, it was the foot sensor plug (optional) without end cap, so just wondering if may have something to do with the problems that can come after jet washing and constant wet weather.

Yes,the 5v system has a very narrow range. that uncased plug with moisture could easily throw the voltage off.:thumbsup:
