My Bobcat 335 with only 350 hours is leaking fuel. I filled it up and noticed that it was dripping the next day when my tracks were wet. My first reaction was cracked fuel tank or a hole in the tank. After cleaning it up and looking closely, I found under the front left of the housing where the fuel tank is visible a rubber grommet (drain?) on the tank that was dripping fuel. I tried turning it, pushing it in and it only dripped more. It would be a heck of a coincidence if it was leaking from another location, too, so I'm curious if that's a common problem and if it's a simple grommet to pop out and put a new one in? Is it just a drain?
If the fuel tank had a crack somewhere, how big of a job is it to remove it?
Thanks in advance for any information!
