tried looking at the wires and connections all looks good any ideas??

32-65 acs code means acs sensor voltage out of range. as soon as I turn the key on it beeps and the acs light comes on, I have 5.02 volts at all four sensors and on #1500 wire at controller

ACS controller is probably bad,
