Deutz BF4M 1011F turbo boost specification?

Hi,
I recently purchased a 2001 863. It smokes some at hi-idle and more at rated RPM when under load. Air filters are new. I am wondering if the turbo's boost output is low but I can't find a boost pressure specification for this engine and was wondering if someone on the forum knows what a normal boost pressure would be at hi-idle and also at the full load rated output.

Make sure the waste gate is working. Seen a few of them seize up.
