After some some wrangling the dealer offered to throw in the PHD and a 9" bit with the tractor for the 12255.56 price (before taxes). I went for it. Oddly enough they would not take a deposit so it will be COD. Targeted for delivery this Friday. I will wait to count my chickens once the eggs hatch.


If the deal does go through I will be very loyal for future purchases.

Latest delivery time on mine is 60 days for the tractor itself, and much longer on the loaders. Turns out that the loaders are going to be dealer installed from now on. Yippee, more prep charges.

Bobcat of Lansing was the best deal I found for Mid-Michigan. 11963.80 for the CT230, FEL with Bob-Tach, GP Tires, and Upgraded Seat.

Wow, you guys are getting some awesome deals. I don't know how the dealers can be making any money. I'm a Kubota fan, but at those prices, I would ditch the L2800/3400 and go with the CT230 every time.

Lansing of Bobcat called me and backed out of their offer to me. Said they quoted too low and it would cost 800-1000 more. So, needless to say, I wont be buying from them no matter what.

Generally speaking, since tractors come with various tire options (R1, R4, Turf), most are priced sans tires with the buyer selecting the type of tire. This is especially true with CUT's, less so with Utility and Ag tractors. In my area, larger dealers will keep an assortment of tires/wheels in stock, smaller dealers order stock tractors in the configuration most likely to sell.

Yeah, I understand that, it's just that my quote on my 230 didn't have any charges for the standard tires.

You guys should look at kioti also, because the way Bob Cat does their pricing its almost the same when its all said and done.

I priced the same model Kioti to the Bobcat and the end price was not even close to the Bobcat. Some models are close now, but not the models that still have the larger Bobcat rebates.
