3 pt lift arms bending

FYI
Talking with the owner of a Bobcat 1230 or 230 appx 1 yr old
He told me his dealer had dropped off a set of new lift arms .The dealer told him some of the lift arms had been bending so Bobcat was sending out new lift arms or taking your tractor into the shop and replacing them

I just looked on web site and I agree , but him and his wife told me He hadn't contacted the dealer but the dealer contacted him .
