Got a price on a brand new 2010 CT235 yesterday, with the plastic still on it.

Out-the-door price $16,900 including PA sales tax for the tractor, the Bobtach loader, R4 tires.

Dealer said price difference is $900 between the CT230 and the CT235...

Any input is appreciated...

This was the first actual hands-on experience with a tractor. Still considering some other possibilities. But, I keep reading on here how the dealer can be more important than the brand. This is the closest dealer of any brand which is a big plus.

I just paid 15,500 before taxes for an 09 CT235, had a FEL same equipment though, love it so far, 20 hours on it in 2 weeks

While the CT230 is a fine tractor, I have yet to see anyone say that they did not have enough horse power with the CT235 or Kioti CK35. There can be times when 30hp is juuuust a little shy of what is needed and those are the times when having the CT235 would be nice.

Just my opinion;)

I have no complaints about the power of my CT230. I was going to buy a 235, but I missed the deadline for the deal. Bobcat shifted the deal from the 235 to the 230, so I jumped on it.

I just bought the same thing, except had rear aux added. 16,834.00. Getting it delivered sat. or Monday. So your in the ballpark I would say.

Just curious, what reason is there to add the rear aux?

And, is that the out-the-door price including any sales tax?

17014 in WI with loader, R4 and quicktach for the CT235 or 16272 for the CT230, looks like you got a good deal

I see you're now looking at the Bobcats. Same tractor, just a different color. That's about $900 more than I paid for my CK30hst with fel almost five years ago but this is for the 35hp. If I could have gotten a 35hp when I bought mine, I would have spent the extra. The price seems pretty good and remember the prices are different for different regions. At least that's how it works with Kioti. Most of the time 30hp works good but a little extra is always nice. If you're in this for the long haul, it's not that much per year and you can run bigger pto attachments. The aux rear remotes are nice. They can be used for a bh, top and tilt cylinders, log splitter, or anything else that needs hydraulic power. I ended up installing them myself. Good luck in your quest.
