Price Check Decent price for a new ct450 sst?

My impression is that is a good deal. Although is that the "out-the-door" price (i.e. include everything except sales tax (if applicable))? I've recently gotten a quotation on a CT445SST. You can read it here if you like:

There are more than a $1100 of dealer related stuff to get out the door. Subtracting that from my quote the CT445SST was going to be ~$21.5K with loaded tires.
This quote is NW PA. But I'm going to check a few other dealers, including as far away as NE PA.

dtix- does that happen to be tri-state? That is where my mother and stepfather purchased their 230. Although it took for ever to get the tractor (which was very common last year) they were very happy with their experience. About the price, sorry no experience with that model. The price on the 230 was too good to pass up.
