Used 2009 CT45O PRICE?

I have a 2009 Bobcat Ct450hst loader backhoe with 319 hours. I have the 72 inch front bucket and 18inch bucket with mechanical thumb backhoe,and rear work light. The machine is garage kept and waxed yearly. I changed the engine oil every 50 hours. Hydro oil was changed twice and I replace fuel and air filter every year. I told my buddy I would sell it to him for $20,000 Do you guys feel thats a fair price? Dealers I talked to said thats a great price for that setup in 50HP, But since he is a good friend I don't want to over charge him. He is back and fourth about taking it so i just want to make sure I'm giving him a great price. let me know what you guys think. thanks

Well Just got of the phone with him and changed his mind again. Im going to see what dealers will give me for it. I wonder if this will be shell shock!

I was offered over 18,000 trade-in value on my CT 225 with loader backhoe and cab at the farm show this winter in Indiana and I turned it down.

I felt the price was fair I just like my tractor too much to change.

You don't put your location down, but that does not seem like a fair price to you. A 49hp Kioti w/backhoe in the condition you write would seem to be worth more than that.
