Here are mine in action, I had another post on the build-it yourself thread a week ago when initial build was done. Used them today for the first time and they worked just as planned.

That's my box blade, somewhere around 500lbs, the forks were made out of pallet rack supports. I've got about $40 total into them including chain.

Fun project which I'll get a lot of use out of.

Thanks,
Joel

Here's mine. Originally I built them as clamp on type that slid on the bucket and tightened down with a T handle screw. In the first pic you can see the T-handle sections I removed. Then I modified them to fit either the bucket or the 3 pt. with pins. I didn't need adjustable width.

I've seen a lot of excellent home-made forks on this post! Always amazes me at the talent and creativity people have.

Although they aren't home-made, here's a couple of pictures of my Berlon forks. They're well-built and work great!

O.K here's mine. Axles from a 55 chevy rear end, part of a side from a bale chamber from a 283 NH baler and some old harrow hangers. Could call it a bone yard special. Not pretty but adjustable and functional.

I made these out of a side shift fork lift and welded a quick attach plate to it. The side shift is very handy and it works good on the B26 as well as on the bobcat.

Here is an action shot of them removing a bed off my truck. Truck got wrecked and I am parting it out. The side shift worked great.

Here's mine. I welded 2 inch pipe onto the forks and let them slide on 1 1/2 pipe make for easy adjustment. The frame is built out of 4 inch channel cause thats what I had laying around. I need to add steel on top of the frame to protect me from items rolling off backwards. I almost rolled a log on the front of my tractor yesterday.

Here are mine. Used some of the pictures posted as a guide. Had an extra pair of forks from a clark forklift that i cut the top off of and welded on 2" "double extra strong pipe". Used a 1-3/8" bar on the top and 1/2" plate on the bottom guides. The toughest part was getting the hooks bent to fit the quick hitch. The top is 2x3" tube with the upright pieces 2x6" tube.

I just have to boost the hydraulic pressure a little to make them a bit more robust.

still in progress, I used 2x4 rectangular tubing and still have to tap the square block to 1" and add pipe handles. if the forks move too much you can tack a washer in the bucket floor to capture the threaded rod.
