I have found the treegetter has multiple uses. It works great for taking up old fences. Just go along pulling up the post & brush, then start at one end & use it as a rake to push the wire, post & brush in front of you. When you have about 1/2 the amount you can pick up with your forks, go about the same distance on the other side of your pile, cut the wire & push it back to the pile. Then turn the teeth at a slight forward angle, set the fel in float & back up over the cleaned area to level out with the rakeing action of the treegetter teeth.
When fence is all down & in neat piles, put the forks on & load the pile to haul to the disposal site.
Sure did work a lot faster than trying to take fence down the old fashion way.
