Tractor side SS quick attach build L3400

The Kubota bucket was a real bear to get apart.

Once the bucket was cleaned up I welded on the QA plates

The tractor side QA was prebuilt when I made mine so it was only a matter of adapting it the the loader arms.

I had wanted to recess the pin-ons inside the QA mechanism to reduce the distance the bucket would be pushed out but that was not practical due to the size of the loader arm (they are big square profile). The bucket will be located 2.25 inches further out than the original.



Project finished! I attached my forks (I still have to paint them) to show the fit.



The release tube (that joins the two lock pins) could use a short folding handle to make locking and unlocking a little easier. I can lock this with one hand though.
