Not really sure what else to call it! Original plan was to make a small blade to put on the forks to drag topsoil and gravel fill away from the house to lay insulation. A bucket wouldn't work due to close proximity to the vinyl siding. Shoveling is too much work.
Secondary plan, which will see more use, was the need for a hook at the end of the forks to turn it into a sort of crane or boom.
The clevis in the pic is for the chain to hold the unit on the forks, which will have a turnbuckle to minimize slop.
