Here's mine: Home built log splitter - YouTube

18hp Wisconsin 2cylinder, 22gpm pump with a 5" cylinder. Head cleaves each piece in half and then cleaves that half 4 more times. I get 5 pieces of wood per stroke. Takes 4 people to feed and stack the wood when running at full speed. You can see how busy I am just trying to feed it.

Our homemade woodsplitter has changed configurations a lot over the years. It was built in the 1970's, but lives on to this day, now switching from being on wheels at its inception, to be put on a manure spreader for its live bed ability, to now being upside down and swung around on a boom. My how the times have changed, and how easier firewood has gotten. I never thought I would see the day where this old gal would have a cup holder!
