Been thinking of putting together a 'Branch Guard' to keep some of the branch slapbacks when moving thru trees. I already have a fiberglass top that is bolted to a frame that hooks to the ropes. It is open in the front. I also have a loader that has never been removed, too useful.
What I want to do is attach some rods, poles, from the loader supports near the cab upto the frame that holds the top. This should intercept some of the branches. Just looking for some suggestions and some "I did it, be sure to do/not do this" comments.
