CAT II Ballast box (3) questions

I am going to build a CAT II ballast box.

How High should I locate the center of the top link pin hole above the box so it will still work with a quick hitch? I plan to weld the bracket inside the box on what will be the side closest to the tractor.

What should the vertical centers be between the lower pins and top lin pin hole? Again so it will work with a quick hitch (a quick hitch is on my wish list I do not have yet)

Plan is to make it 32" wide and drill holes in the sides for the lower pins. Will this width work with a quick hitch?

Searching I found Cat II quick hitches are 32 3/4" between the lower hooks and 15" center to center upper to lower pins.
