Need to mount a remote camera above your bucket.

Seriously, there are times when a top view of the bucket would be handy.

Yeah -- I've thought of that. Or cut away a portion of the top part of the bucket (which would weaken it and that would be bad). I saw a posting about welding on a cutter bar; maybe a really long lower 'lip' would work (sticking out enough to see the ball).
It's really nice to back up, see the ball, see the trailer and snag the hitch on the first try without leaving the seat.
