Here are a couple of cylinders that are available here, but I do not know where to find them there. Unfortunately.

A complete setup with a hand pump. $650

The ideal cylinder for you. 120 cm (4 feet) compressed 45 cm (18 in) and 4 stages. $350 5.6 metric tons.

This is the one that I have $200 made by "AG Tech"

Maybe you can find some one there that can get these. the second comes from Italy so it is probably there too.

Wow, can we even get those cylinders here?? These guys Bailey International | Hydraulic Cylinders Manufacturer | Hydraulic Supply are usually pretty cheap. And their cheapest 3-stage is north of $700 and 2-stage cylinders are still over $400.

I looked hard and heavy at them when doing my truck. It was cheaper to go the 2-cylinder route and adjust the mounts accordingly.

Cost makes it tough indeed... No way can I swing a grand for a cylinder.

So I started drawing trying to take some of the suggestions into account.
    Well, what I could remember.

This cylinder is under 200 bux and I can drive to get it.

The blue bed frame is upp'd to 6" tall to give me more angle of teh dangle and
I now clear the top of the tires.

The lower cyl mount at the axle is drawn as if attached to said but if I do this
I will beef that axle up w/ maybe a .5" thick piece of angle plus a
strongback on the front perhaps, "OR" ..we'll see.

I do not loose any ground clearance this way.

It pretty much is as simple as I can keep it.

"IF" the 10* is ok and "IF" the cyl is strong enough

The trailer is drawn to scale exactly.

All parts drawn exactly to size.

No finals here, still hammering it out.

You need to draw a line from bed-frame pivot THRU the cylinder-bed pivot and measure THAT angle to the cylinder. THAT is the effective push angle. See diagram -trailer-jpg

Also, what is the length of the trailer? And how far forward is the pivot? (IE: where are you pushing on the bed at). It looks like you are a little behind the midpoint. But I need to know exactally (or close) where it is so we can calculate how much it will dump assuming a load of x pounds @ midpoint.
