the one says includes the splined bushing (the one with label on the box in the picture),

I do not know, but the boxes look slighly diffrnet in shape, but the spec. seem to be the same, possibly the manufacturer?

One has a splined input shaft, the other is either keyed or just uses a shear bolt..

They look to be the same but you get the splined bushing for the stump jumper with the one and not with the other. Since both are the same price, I would get the one with the stump jumper bushing. My brother in law had one of those break on his 4 footer and I had to V everything out and reweld. You could even sell the bushing to someone building his own shredder for a few bucks profit.

The first one says 12 spline input shaft and the second one says 6-Spline input shaft.

•Output shaft 1-1/2" - 12 spline input shaft - 1-3/8" splined

my guess is it is a typo, and should be, •Output shaft 1-1/2" - 12 spline, Input shaft - 1-3/8" splined
