I know from 25 years experience that aviation fuel, for weight and balance purposes is 7 lbs per gallon. Actual weight is something like 6.9lbs per gallon. A gallon of milk weights 8-9 lbs depending on how much cream has been pulled off.

Sharp trailer! And a great idea. I was "on the fence" about buying a combo tool box and fuel tank for the back of my truck - I think this thread has changed that. I like the idea of a seperate fuel trailer MUCH better.
