I have had my backhoe for a couple of years. This thing is hard to store and even harder to move around the shop. I finally decided to build myself a dolly, with a few requirements in mind. The first being it had to be the perfect height to install on and remove from my tractor. Second, it needed to be easy (One Handed) to move on my shop floor. Third was size for storage when not being used. In the first picture notice the 3.5" hole for the "swing" bulkhead on the bottom of the hoe to drop into. Also the vertical legs on the end of the T, these 3 things prevent any movement of the hoe on the dolly. The second picture shows a great view of that fitment. Picture 2 and 3 also show how the bucket teeth go into the end, this helps prevent hydraulic bleed down. This dolly makes it so easy that I just pull tractor into shop and aim for the mounting pins on the back of the tractor and push. Everyone of my mounts between the hoe and tractor can be attached without use of the hoe hydraulics or even starting the tractor. The few hours invested in this has already been worth its weight in gold. The 3 swiveling extreme duty casters are the trick for smooth turning and alignment.
